Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the rental of any and all containers from Thumb Disposal and Container Services.
- Customer accepts responsibility for any damage to containers while in their possession
- Thumb Disposal & Container Services will not be responsible for any damage caused by the delivery or pick up of a container
- Customer is responsible to pay difference if a substituted dumpster is filled up
- Included Tonnage: 6yd – 1 Ton | 10yd – 2 Ton | 15yd – 3 Ton | 20yd – 4 Ton
- Overweight charge of $150.00 per ton will be added if the containers included tonnage is exceeded
- Over Filled charge of $75.00 will be added if a container is filled over the maximum fill line
- Rental Period: 14 days included unless prior arrangements have been made with Thumb Disposal & Container Services.
- Extended rental charge: $10 per day
Prohibited Items
The following list of items are not permitted to be disposed of, unless prior arrangements are made with Thumb Disposal & Container Services. If prohibited items are found the customer is responsible for paying prohibited item charges or taking back the prohibited items. Thumb Disposal & Container Services reserves the right to deny pick up of a container with unauthorized prohibited item.
Tires • Yard Waste or Brush • Soil, Stone or Rock • Concrete, Block or Brick • Wet Paint • Oil • Pesticides or Other Chemicals • Freon Appliances (Refrigerators, Air Conditioners, Dehumidifers, etc.) • Batteries • Propane Tanks • Medical Waste
